WHO TO REFER

Start with established companies.

These are partner sourcing targets for finding stronger opportunities. Final eligibility is reviewed through the company intake.

50+

employees

A practical signal of operating scale and data volume.

5+

years operating

Established history can mean deeper, more useful business records.

1 TB+

across company systems

The total is company-wide, not one inbox, tool or database.

Important: 50+ employees and 5+ years are partner sourcing guidance. The direct company minimum remains 30+ employees, 3+ years operating and at least 1 TB company-wide.

Our differentiator for business owners

01

Register your name

Register once to receive the partner playbook and qualification guidance.

02

Qualify the business

Use the full qualification form with the owner, or have the owner complete it.

03

Preserve attribution

Use your registered name in Referred by.

USDX reviews that name and introduction records to reconcile attribution.

Help the owner answer follow-up questions, review the offer, and complete the agreed upload through completion.

The same program terms apply whether you refer through your network or through outbound outreach.

PARTNER FAQ

Before you refer a business.

Who are the buyers?

AI developers and labs looking for examples of how real businesses work.

Each opportunity is reviewed for buyer fit; submitting a form is not an offer or purchase commitment.

What do you mean by AI labs?

Companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic develop AI models.

These names illustrate the category; they are not a confirmed buyer list for your referral.

What does U.S. Data Exchange do?

You bring suitable businesses.

We bring their opportunity to buyers and help move the deal forward. You don’t need to sell the data yourself.

What can I tell a business owner?

Their email, business systems and company files may hold licensing value.

Start with a company summary. They decide whether an offer is worth pursuing.

What does the owner agree to?

Submitting the intake does not authorize data access or licensing.

Review the proposed buyer, price and scope.

Check permitted use and handling before accepting a deal.

How is sensitive information handled?

The initial form asks for a business summary, not datasets or credentials.

Any later extraction and de-identification process must be agreed for that deal.

READY TO REFER?
