For business owners

Preferred Seller Agreement

We created a clearer way for business owners to license their data.

Our Preferred Seller Agreement sets out how we pursue the strongest available offer, explain the terms, and guide owners from qualification through payment. Owners know what they’re agreeing to before they commit.

Your offer, clearly explained

Review the amount you’ll receive and the licensing terms before you commit. If the offer changes after data review, you receive the revised offer in writing and decide whether to proceed.

We handle the search

We identify suitable buyers, evaluate available offers and bring you our recommendation.

You know what you’ll receive

Your offer sets out your payment, the data being licensed and the permitted use. Review the terms before deciding.

You keep your originals

You license a copy under approved terms and retain your original data and systems.

You approve the deal

The buyer, price and permitted use are set out in writing. Licensed data is transferred only under approved terms.

A changed offer needs your approval

If the price changes, the revised price is provided in writing for your approval.

How it works

Six clear steps from qualification to payment.

01 · OWNERQualify the business

Tell us about your company, systems and data volume through the qualification form.

02 · USDXFind an offer

We find suitable buyers, evaluate the available offers and bring you our recommendation.

03 · OWNERApprove the terms

Review the offer, data scope and licensing terms. Decide whether to proceed.

04 · OWNER, WITH GUIDANCESign and upload

Sign the agreement and upload the agreed data through the approved process.

05 · BUYER AND OWNERReview the delivery

The buyer reviews the delivery. Any changed offer comes back to you for approval.

06 · OWNERReceive payment

Receive your payment under the agreed transaction terms.

Qualification does not guarantee an offer, price or closed deal. The signed agreement and license govern the transaction.
